Lyla Seo is General Manager of Tinder and Match Group in Korea and Southeast Asia. She leads the team with her expertise and experience in the mobile industry across marketing, strategy and business development. Prior to Tinder, Lyla was most recently leading developer marketing and merchandising for Google Play’s Korean market at Google's Tokyo and Seoul offices. She also previously worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, and was a media strategist at Ampush, an ad tech startup based in San Francisco. Lyla graduated from the Department of Economics at Seoul National University, and received an MBA from Wharton School, where she focused on strategy establishment, branding, business expansion and monetization.

Together with her husband Neil, Lyla collects contemporary art from both established and emerging artists.
