A black and white grid by Esther Stocker sets the tone for the group exhibition.
Photographs of performances by Romina De Novellis, vegetal sculptures and prints by Marie Denis and geometric abstractions by Esther Stocker are combined. Here, a hidden world and a challenge to our usual perceptions lie.
While vision and perception are challenged, the grid allows the implicit connection between figuration and abstraction, to emerge.
A universe of oppositions in forms and materials is displayed as a whole; a curated dialogue, suggesting visitors to appreciate the essential common nature and relation between figuration and geometric abstraction.
