As the founder of ISE-DA™, an art advisory focused on the cultural stewardship of Black contemporary art, she leads business development and strategy, strategic partnerships, and provides art advisory services for clients.

Alex Bass
Founder and CEO of Art Advisory & Interior Design Studio Salon 21 in New York City.
Alex Bass founded SALON 21 to fill a void in the social experiences available to New Yorkers interested in arts and culture and wanting access to new talent. With degrees from Columbia University and the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, as well as experience working at major auction houses and blue chip galleries in New York, Alex is eager to bring the concept of “the salon” back, focusing on the conversation, socialization, and accessibility currently missing from the art world. Salon 21 is a Fine Art and Interior Design Studio focused on supporting emerging talent and reimagining the lost art of conversation.

Brianna Beckham
Brianna Beckham is an art historian and arts professional based in New York City. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago where she studied painting and contemporary art history. Her favorite art topics to research are abstraction and the history of modernism. She has extensive experience in galleries and supporting artists in their various endeavors, especially in her current role at Hauser & Wirth.

Anne L. Janody
Anne L. Janody is the founder of Jano Lapin Gallery, representing Canadian artists in Montreal. Previously, she engaged in philanthropic work at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Additionally, she created and hosted the television series "Art Impact" for two seasons, distributed by Videotron.

Margot A. Romano is an Assistant Vice President and Associate Art Services Specialist with Bank of America in New York, NY. Margot joined Bank of America in August 2020. Upon graduation from Columbia University with a B.A in Political Science and Art History, she worked at Sotheby’s New York through the spring of 2020.

Aida Valdez
Aida Valdez launched her art career in New York City with the founding of MAD54 in 2020. Her mission is dedicated to bringing people closer to the arts and supporting emerging artists. Aida focuses on educating aspiring collectors and fostering a sense of community in the art world. Through MAD54, Aida has organized art-focused panels, curated shows, launched a Brooklyn artist residency, and cultivated a thriving community of art enthusiasts.

Constanza Valenzuela
Constanza is a curator and cultural worker dedicated to the representation of immigrant and Latine/X artists’. Valenzuela is currently the Curatorial & Exhibitions Assistant at the High Line in New York City. The High Line is committed to showing curated exhibitions of contemporary public art that directly engage with cultural, social, and political currents. Together with Jack Radley, she is the co-founder of ACOMPI, a New York-based curatorial project that foregrounds interdisciplinary practice and collaboration to expand the intersection of independent curatorial practice and site-responsive public engagement.

Aishan Zhang
Aishan Zhang explores cultural differences as curator for Tang Contemporary Art in Hong Kong and advisor for Cinema Supply in New York, drawing on her binational experiences to address issues in contemporary art through collaboration. Aishan received a BA in Art History from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and an MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University.
